1. Shipping Charges
We believe in making wellness accessible to everyone. Our shipping charges are structured as follows:
- Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders where the final bill value (after all applicable discounts) exceeds Rs. 500/-
- COD Orders: A nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee is applicable on orders placed under the COD payment option.
2. Delivery Timeline
We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timelines are:
- Order Dispatch: Within 48 hours of receiving a confirmed order.
- Estimated Delivery Time (ETA): 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
3. Returns & Self-Shipment
3.1 How to Self-Ship a Return
If your delivery area pin code is not serviceable for a reverse pickup by our logistics partner, you may return the product by self-shipping it via any reliable courier service of your choice. When self-shipping a return, please ensure the following:
- Include the original purchase invoice inside the package.
- Attach a clearly written note containing your Order ID and Return ID for each item in the package.
- Use adequate packaging to ensure the product arrives in good condition.
3.2 Proof of Delivery for Self-Shipped Returns
In cases where you initiate and self-ship a return, Attar Pharmaceuticals will process your refund only upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Please be aware of the following:
- If our records indicate that the returned shipment was not received, or if the package was found to be empty upon delivery, you will be required to provide a valid Proof of Delivery (PoD) issued by your chosen courier partner to establish your claim.
- Failure to provide adequate proof may result in no refund or exchange being issued.
- By initiating a self-shipment return, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and waive any related claims against Attar Pharmaceuticals.
3.3 Reverse Pickup Discrepancies
In the event of a discrepancy between the return status reported by you and the status reflected in our system — where you claim the product has been returned but our records indicate otherwise — a refund will be processed only upon successful submission of the Reverse Pickup (RVP) slip provided to you at the time of pickup by our logistics partner.
3.4 Mistaken Returns
Attar Pharmaceuticals shall not be held liable for products returned to us by mistake — i.e., items that do not belong to an Attar Pharmaceuticals order. In such circumstances:
- Attar Pharmaceuticals will not be responsible for the safe storage, return, or replacement of the mistakenly returned item.
- We strongly recommend double-checking the contents of your return package before dispatch.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Once a returned product is received and verified by us, or in the event of non-delivery within the agreed timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund of the product cost, after deducting applicable courier charges and any other charges as determined at our discretion.
If you fail to raise a refund request in accordance with the terms of this policy and within the applicable timeframe, you will be ineligible for a refund. Certain products may not be eligible for refunds — in such cases, users will be notified on the product page.
4.2 Refund Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of Attar Pharmaceuticals receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment, as follows:
- Online Payments (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI): Refund credited back to the original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
4.3 Refund Currency
All refunds will be processed exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR), in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Attar Pharmaceuticals shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, interest, or claims arising from delays in order processing or non-fulfilment of orders that are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
