This Shipping Policy covers dispatch, delivery, and related charges for orders on Attar Pharmaceuticals.

1. Service area

We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes via reputed courier partners. Some remote locations may have longer transit times or restricted COD.

2. Dispatch timeline

• Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays / public holidays).
• Festive or sale periods may add 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking once the shipment is live.

3. Delivery timeline

After dispatch, most metro / tier-1 deliveries arrive in 3–7 business days. Other PIN codes may take 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays due to weather, strikes, or local restrictions are outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers apply only when clearly stated on the site or cart.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible PIN codes and order values. COD may be declined for high-risk addresses or repeat RTO history. Please keep the exact payable amount ready.

6. Failed delivery & RTO

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal, the shipment may return to origin. Re-shipping may require fresh shipping charges. Prepaid RTO cases are refunded after the parcel reaches us and is reconciled (minus non-refundable courier fees where applicable and disclosed).

7. Lost or damaged in transit

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos / AWB. We will coordinate with the courier for replacement or refund as appropriate.
