What an order tells us

When you buy from the shop we receive your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and the medicines in the order: the product, the pack size, and the quantity. We use that list to pack the correct bottles, tablets, churnas, or juices, to print the invoice, and to help if a pack arrives wrong or damaged.

We do not sell that list, and we do not use your medicine orders to advertise other people’s products to you.

Payment

Card, UPI, and net-banking payments are taken by the payment provider at checkout. We do not store your card number or UPI PIN. We keep the payment status we need to match the payment to the order and, if a refund is approved, to send it back the same way.

Messages

We use your phone and email for the order itself: a confirmation, a dispatch note, and a reply if you write about a pack. The contact form and WhatsApp messages are kept so the Udaipur desk can answer them.
