This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order placed on Attar Pharmaceuticals.

1. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel an order before it is packed / handed to the courier (status typically: placed, confirmed, or processing — not shipped).

• We confirm cancellation in writing (message / email).

2. Refund on cancelled prepaid orders

If payment was collected online and the order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation (bank timelines may vary).

3. COD cancellations

COD orders cancelled before dispatch simply stop fulfilment — no payment is collected. Repeated last-minute COD cancellations may lead to COD being disabled for your account / number.

4. After dispatch

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Please use our Return & Exchange flow and the Return / Refund Policy after delivery.

5. Our right to cancel

We may cancel an order for pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, failed address verification, or force majeure. Prepaid amounts are fully refunded in such cases.
